How to Make a Pucca Costume

I thought it would be fun to make a Pucca costume. This is an inexpensive easy costume to make. The hardest thing about the costume is finding the plain red shirt, not sure why. For those of you who aren't familiar with Pucca, click here. Directions are below. Have questions, email me or leave a comment.

Supplies
black tights (I purchased mine at the dollar store)
black thread and sewing needle
2 Styrofoam balls (about 2 1/2" diameter)
scissors

    my daughter & i just finished the headpiece, we made it a headband-kind of shape, 'cause she doesn't like things around her chin/neck area(yea 4 year-olds!). your instructions were great, clear and easy to follow. Thanks!
