Your pom pom heart is so adorable now I am going to a buy a ball of wool, maybe in pretty pink.:}
What a gorgeous idea!
I tried making it myself but once I'd made the pom pom ball, I somehow couldn't shape it into a heart, it just kept looking like a ball!!
Any tips on how to shape it?
The pom pom heart shape is just like the candy hearts. It's flat on the front and back. I found you can get a better shape if the front and back is flat opposed to rounded. Hope that make sense and helps. :)
Just wanna say that this instruction for the heart-shaped pom-pom was the best instruction for any craft project I have ever seen! THANK YOU VERY MUCH and I sure hope there will be more craft projects in the future.
Sincerely, Laurie Yair of Rehovot

Well that's so cute I tried it. It cam out perfect but not as big as the one showed in the first picture! Even the length of the woolen strands was quite big. Please help! :)

Sereno Natale
Would it work the same way if i use my whole hand instead of two fingers ?
Xaiver,
Yes, you can use your whole hand but you will have to wrap more yarn around it. Your heart pop pom will also be larger in size.
Hee, I love that so much I did that thing between a gasp and a squee. Is that a squasp?
