Shabby Apple Giveaway

Today I have a fun giveaway for you.  One lucky reader will be winning this dress called "Ever After" by Shabby Apple.  Shabby Apple is an online store that sells clothing, accessories, and shoes but I think they're best know for their dresses.  They also sell a lot of vintage style clothing.

I'm going to keep this sweet and short so on to the Giveaway. . .one  lucky reader will win the Ever After dress with their choice of size. To enter, please share your favorite fashion period, Victorian, Mod, etc. One entry per household. Please leave an email address so I can contact you if you win. The last day to enter the giveaway  is Monday, July 8,  2013. I'll announce the winner Tuesday, July 9, 2013 on this post. If I do not hear back from the winner after two weeks, I will choose a new winner. Open to US Residents only.

Contest Closed

Congratulations to Saver Sara who is the winner of the dress giveaway!

As always, thank you to everyone who entered.  I realized I never said what my favorite vintage style clothing is.  It's really hard to choose just one but I would have to go with 50's since it's flattering for my body type.   I also like 1920's fashion.

I love the Regency period. I think that's the right name for it? Anyway, it's like the costumes in the new Pride and Prejudice. *le sigh*

I also like the WW2 era clothing - the land girls with their headscarves wrapped a certain way for working.

I've been feeling the 1920s a lot lately, though I usually lean towards the 40s and 50s.

I loved the Victorian period. The dresses were so pretty all frilly and sweet and I don't think one woman who wore one ever looked bad. It's a woman thing I guess, the little girl image we have when we are young.
