How to Make Miniature Food
Here's a miniature Pocky box I made. For those who are not familiar with "Pocky" they're like stick shaped biscuits dipped in a strawberry coating (they also come in other flavors). I made this one for my daughter's doll house. These could be made for other things like stickers, embellishments, dioramas, the possibilities are endless.
1. Disassemble the "Pocky" box making sure not to rip it.
2. Scan the flattened box.
3. Scale the box to the desired size (I used Photoshop for this). Print the image.
4. Cut the image out just like the original box.
5. Score all the fold lines with a toothpick. Fold the box up and glue it. Done!
And I'll add that this was a hit with my 4 year old. He wanted to play with it right away.

Very cool idea! My daughter got her first doll house for Christmas. I agree - you could make a mint selling things like this. :)

oh cute!
Being a lover of all things miniature and all flavors of pocky, this really impresses me!
In high school I used to line my wall with flattened pocky boxes and other Japanese candy boxes.
What can I say, I am a sucker for Japanese packaging!
i agree with michelle. your talent is so apparent. i come to your blog because i know i am going to say to myself, how cute or i love that. you totally rock!!!!
Oh wow, I love it! That's such a great idea and it turned out so well.
There is an even simpilar way to do that just go on jens miniature printables then click on the items you want and print!
Two things: I wish Lilly (my little sister,) had more room in her dollhouse, and I wish she had a holiday sooner.
You are very creative! Love the use of everyday materials & imagination!
