Since my son has been into comics lately, I decided to make some superhero valentine cards for him. They're generic superheros and the cape reads, "Have a SUPER Valentine's Day!". I've learned not to place anything else like, "Be my Valentine" or "heart-breaker" on them. Like a typical little boy, he does not want to hear any talk about liking girls. If I even kid with him about it, he gets upset.
I've made a template for the Valentine cards. Sorry this is so last minute. For some reason I thought Valentine's Day was on Tuesday. Thank goodness I figured it out!
Click on image to make it larger, right click, copy, save, and print on heavy card stock.
Cut bottom of cape with pinking shears. Punch a hole at the top of the cape so it will fit over the lollipop stick + wrapper. The cape should stay in place on its own. No tape or glue required.
*I had my son write his name on the back of the capes.
Cut out eye masks and wrap around lollipop and tape in back. This is the most time involved part. Done!
